Go Mad with Nutrition was created with my Danish heritage in mind. In Danmark (Denmark), Go Mad means good food! And that's exactly what a healthy lifestyle is all about - Good Food!
It doesn't have to be fancy, expensive or hard to make.
It just has to be good quality, nutrient-dense real food...
Diet and exercise need to be balanced in order to achieve successful weight loss. You can exercise as much as you'd like but if you are not eating healthy, you will not receive the full benefit of weight loss, and vice versa. We can educate you on ways to incorporate healthy eating into your preferred exercise routine and create an individualised plan to achieve your goals.

Detoxing will clear out toxins from your body and give your digestive system a break to heal and restore naturally, before introducing new eating habits and food. Your mentality and how you view food will drastically alter how effective weight loss and detox will work. Our goal is to set you up for success and shift the way you relate to food.
Fatigue, afternoon slumps, or not being able to train/work/play as hard as you used to. These are all complications most of us suffers from.
We will analyse your current diet and lifestyle through a thorough health assessment to pinpoint the potential underlying concern causing any of the above.
Nutrient deficiencies can be minor but still play havoc with us!
In your initial consultation session, I will complete a detailed nutritional health assessment which includes your physical, medical, dietary, social and lifestyle factors.
Once completed an individualised nutrition care plan will be prepared and introduced to you.
This will focus on YOUR goals and the strategies we've developed together to achieve your health goals.
This is a 90-minute consultation
This is a follow-up consultation from your initial.
It is always good to have a longer consultation after the initial to go through potential underlying issues we need to focus on, to achieve your goals.
Measurements, meal plans and question will also be covered here.
Short follow-up consultation to make sure you are staying on track with our set goals.
This is also an opportunity for us to cover any meal plans provided, questions, "are we heading in the right direction'
